Privacy
wowtoken.live has no user accounts, shows no ads, and runs no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. This page describes the little data the site does touch.
Stored in your browser
- A preference cookie remembering the region/version dashboard you last visited, so the homepage shows your region first.
- Local storage for price-alert thresholds and dismissed banners/prompts. Price alerts are checked entirely in your browser - your thresholds never leave it.
- Session storage for an anonymous, random session ID (used for rate limiting and request deduplication) and a small buffer of diagnostic logs.
Desktop notifications for price alerts are optional and only appear if you grant the browser permission.
What our servers see
- Standard operational logs - IP address, user agent, and requested URLs - used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and debugging.
- Client-side error reports (error messages and the anonymous session ID) sent to the site's own logging endpoint to help fix bugs.
- Feedback you submit through the Feedback button, which is forwarded to the maintainers' private channel.
Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.
